VocoPlay ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use VocoPlay:
- Telegram account data — your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, and username, provided automatically when you start a conversation with our bot.
- Usage data — words and phrases you submit for song generation, your learning progress (current level, XP), and feature interactions.
- Payment information — if you subscribe to VocoPlay Pro, payment confirmation data is received from our payment processor (Payme). We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate personalized songs based on the vocabulary you submit.
- To track your learning progress and provide a level-based experience.
- To send you generated songs, notifications, and feature updates via Telegram.
- To process and verify Pro subscription payments.
- To improve our service through aggregate, anonymized usage analysis.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely in MongoDB databases hosted on cloud infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
4. Third-Party Services
VocoPlay uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Telegram — messaging platform through which the bot operates.
- Suno AI — AI music generation service that receives your submitted vocabulary to create songs. No personally identifiable information is sent.
- OpenAI — used for lyric generation and vocabulary processing. Inputs are anonymized prompts, not linked to your identity.
- Payme — payment processor for Pro subscriptions (Uzbekistan).
- Railway / cloud hosting — infrastructure provider where our servers run.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as required to operate VocoPlay.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Children's Privacy
VocoPlay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of VocoPlay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
